The SmartQ 7 mobile internet device makes it's debut on May 12, 2009.

The 8.8 ounce device will feature a 800X480 pixel 7 inch touch screen.
1 GB of flash memory and 128MB of DDR RAM memory. A built-in stand, stereo speakers, USB 2.0 port for connecting peripherals, and WiFi connectivity make the Linux-based gadget a versatile device.

The 4500mAh Li-Poly battery supposedly offers 2 days of music playback.

While ElectroWorld is providing UMPC Portal with a sample device, limited production of the SmartQ 7 won't start for two months.
